Our interactive ‘Client Log on’ is enable our client to stay connected for the whole process, from design to production. Client need to approve at every stage with just a click.
This will allow our client to view on the final mascot before delivery.
We provide free delivery within Klang valley. Our Sale Consultant will advise seoparately for outstation/international shipment. Likewise, you can also arrange your own carrier to collect the mascot from our plant. For International shipment, custom fees, duties or taxes (if there is any) are the responsibility of the receiver.
For cleaning purposes, we suggest to use a wet cloth to wipe it. Dry cleaning is not recommended. We do provide cleaning & maintenance service for local customer.

Yes, there is 1 month warranty for manufacturer defect & electrical parts.
The production lead time is about 3-4weeks upon final confirmation of artwork.
Generally, the average size for a mascot is +/-2M height.

We are a manufacturing house & do not provide rental services. All the mascots are custom made based on our clients’ requirement.
Yes, just share with us your idea & details, our designer team will provide 2 different designs for your consideration at a minimal charges.
